Josh: They're at the am-in-al park!

Josh: "Choose a stick, mom! Do you want the long one or the short one?"

Me: "I want the long one."

Josh: "No! Choose a different one."

Out of the clear blue sky, just now...

"JP [a friend of ours] can stay overnight and keep an eye on the magnets while we sleep."

Um...okay. Why does this sound ominous?

Christmas in April?

We were at Perkins last night, and Josh spotted this couple in the booth across the aisle. 

"Hey! It's Santa!!"

"...and he has a new hat!"


"Maybe he got it for Christmas!"

I seriously thought Levi was going to fall out of the booth laughing.

In the car

Josh: (points to his elbow) "...and this is my shoulder."

Brianna: (points to her shoulder): "No, THIS is your shoulder."

Josh: (cackles madly) No!!  Brianna, that's YOUR shoulder!!"
